There are lots of places offering flight footprint calculators - the International Civil Aviation Organisation for example - and having done some research on a few journeys we've found that no two give identical outputs, but that all answers are roughly in the same neighbourhood. We've set out some averages of indicative journeys below to save you some time. When it comes to mitigating your flights you'll need to round up to the nearest whole number - this is because individual carbon credits aren't divisible and we like things to be transparent. (It'll just mean you planted more trees than you needed to - no bad thing.) To the right are the purchase options. These are via GoCardless, a direct debit mechanism. Payments will be via a single, one-off, direct debit about a week after you make the purchase.
Flight mitigation will be at the same projects as are supported by the Tweed Forum Carbon Club - you'll always know where your trees are.
